I am highly allergic to nuts do you sell unwrapped nut products within the venue?

No, we do not sell any unwrapped nut products in our facilites. However, please be advised that we do sell pre-wrapped items containing nuts at our venue

Can I buy hot food at the venue?

Unfortunately we do not serve hot food at our venues, but a wide selection of sweets and snacks are available.

Are there any restaurants located nearby?

A number of city centre restaurants are located within a few minutes’ walk of the Waterfront Hall. A list of local restaurants can be found by clicking here.

Do you serve alcohol in glasses or plastic?

All alcoholic beverages are served in plastic glasses and for some events all drinks will be decanted into plastic glasses.
