The Waterfront Hall bars are open for the purchase of alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and confectionery. As of 21 January, there is no longer a requirement for table service in our bars. However, to assist with social distancing, we ask that patrons limit themselves to one person per party accessing the bars. Please note that a cashless system is in operation in all bars and contactless payment methods are preferred.
We are delighted to welcome patrons back to our venues in order to create more #IWasThereWhen moments. Health and safety remains our number one priority and in order to maintain our platinum standards and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, a number of COVID controls remain in operation including:
- COVID Status Checks on arrival to the venue.
- The requirement for all patrons to wear face coverings, even whilst seated in the Main Auditorium.
- 100% fresh air with no recirculated air used within the ventilation systems.
- Enhanced cleaning protocols in place with our partners Mitie.
As per the guidance issued by the Department of Health, anyone who is attending an event is advised to take a lateral flow test before they go.
