One of the most influential songwriters and musicians of the last century has announced two special gigs at Belfast’s Waterfront Hall: Bob Dylan.

Th dates are part of the UK and Ireland leg of his popular Rough and Rowdy Ways Tour, following the success of Dylan’s surprise album of the same name in 2020.

Both the album and the initial tour received widespread praise, marking yet another successful phase in the titan of popular culture’s illustrious career.

The announcement is the latest in a series of iconic headline acts to be named as choosing the Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall as their venue, including two special Waterfront Hall gigs by Van Morrison to be held as part of his 80th birthday celebrations, and an Ulster Hall gig by Irish singer songwriter Dermot Kennedy which sold out in minutes.
