John Garrity, The Belfast Busker, will bring his craic and musical craft to Waterfront Hall Studio on 25 September 2026.
One of Belfast’s most recognisable voices steps off the streets and into the spotlight as John Garrity – also known as The Belfast Busker – comes to the Waterfront Hall Studio for a special live show.
A familiar face to anyone who has spent time in Belfast city centre, John has built a loyal following through years of live performances, bringing his distinctive voice and heartfelt interpretations of much-loved songs to audiences from Belfast and beyond. His performances and online videos have attracted thousands of fans, including prominent artists such as Kodaline and David Gray and he has travelled all over the world sharing his music.
He most recently brought Belfast together for sing-along after sing-along during the Fleadh, playing to thousands in every sort of arena, including performing on top of a takeaway van. Indeed, clips of John and his bandmates have been seen by millions worldwide.
Now John brings his music to the intimate surroundings of the Waterfront Studio for an evening packed with songs and stories.
Expect John's own distinctive take on an eclectic collection of favourites, with a repertoire that has included everything from Grace, The Green Fields of France and The Town I Loved So Well to songs by David Gray, Dermot Kennedy, Prince, Ed Sheeran, Lewis Capaldi and many more.
