The World Snooker Tour’s Northern Ireland Open at Belfast’s Waterfront Hall concluded in front of a record-breaking crowd on Sunday, with Jack Lisowski lifting the trophy after a thrilling week of world-class snooker.
This year’s tournament, which ran from 19–26 October, attracted nearly 11,000 snooker fans across the week and an impressive 1,435 spectators on Sunday afternoon for the final, the largest attendance at a UK snooker event outside of The Masters. The atmosphere throughout the week was electric, with fans turning out in force to witness the drama and precision that define the sport.
