Ant Middleton, former Royal Marine, is coming to Belfast on 02 November & 03 November 2021 with his tour Mind Over Muscle.

Born in Portsmouth and raised in rural France, Ant Middleton set his sights on a career in the armed forces and didn’t stop striving until he achieved his goal. He has achieved the ‘Holy Trinity’ of the UK’s Elite Forces (P Company, Commando Course, UK Special Forces Selection) and thanks to his huge range of Special Forces experience, Ant has invaluable skills in survival and endurance.

Ant is best known for being Chief Instructor on the Channel 4 hit show SAS: Who Dares Wins and since then, has become a regular to our screens, also appearing on Extreme Everest with Ant Middleton and the adverture/reality show Mutiny, a show he describes "... mentally speaking, the hardest thing I've ever done.".
