Let's celebrate Van Morrison's launch of Lit Up Inside & Keep 'Er Lit at the Waterfront Hall, Belfast on 14 September 2025!
Van Morrison is a Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, author, poet and multi-instrumentalist, who is widely considered one of the most important songwriters of the past century. His extraordinary achievements have been recognised with honorary doctorates from both the University of Ulster and Queen's University Belfast and the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.
To celebrate the launch of Lit Up Inside & Keep ‘Er Lit, Van Morrison will take to the stage of the iconic Waterfront Hall, Belfast, on Sunday 14 September 2025 for one night only.
Just weeks after his 80th birthday, this special event will explore the lyrics and music that have defined Morrison’s remarkable journey. With special guests Dylan Jones, Paul Muldoon, Scarlet Sabet and John Cooper Clarke, spoken word and musical performances from Van Morrison and his band, the evening will shine a light on the poetry, songs and storytelling that define Belfast’s very own bard.
