Join us for New Irish Arts: Ireland in Christmas Praise at the Waterfront Hall, Belfast on 22 & 23 December 2023 for a magical and festive evening!

Ireland in Christmas Praise has become one of Belfast’s most popular and enduring seasonal traditions. It’s more than just a choral and orchestral concert – it’s an entertaining, inspiring and moving celebration of the true story of Christmas.

With the fabulous rich accompaniment of the New Irish Orchestra, there is a hugely varied programme of music from a wide range of styles – classical greats, beautiful carols, inspiring ballads and energetic Gospel will all feature – thanks to the diverse musical skills of the New Irish Choir and Youth Choir, under the direction of Creative Director, Jonathan Rea.

As ever, the concerts will feature some wonderful local and international guest soloists who will bring further colour and energy to the show.

But for many people the best part is that the audience are very much involved in the event, as together we sing some of the greatest Christmas melodies ever written.
