Rory will be joined on stage by a number of his former opposition hookers including legendary 2007 World Cup winning South Africa captain John Smit for what promises to be a highly entertaining evening for all Rugby Fans.
One of Irish Rugby’s most decorated players
Rory Best brought the curtain down on a fabulous career following the 2019 Rugby World Cup, having played 124 times for Ireland and 218 for Ulster since his professional debut in 2004. Best captained Ireland to a Six Nations Grand Slam in 2018 and famously led the team to an historic first ever Irish victory over the All Blacks in Chicago in 2016, repeating the feat again in Dublin in 2018. He also toured twice with the Lions in 2013 and 2017.
This is an exclusive opportunity to spend an evening with Rory as he brings stories of his life as a hooker to the Waterfront Hall.
