It is our aim to delivery world class events to the people of Belfast. The continual investment in our technical equipment is paramount to ensuring the high quality of our events is consistent and guaranteed.
An overview of the technical information can be found here including your main technical contacts, technical specifications and packages, and our floorplans for the three main spaces.
Your event will be co-ordinated by a Production Planner, who will advance your show and prepare all technical costings and equipment. The production team’s details can be found here and they will be able to assist with any questions you may have in advance of sending your technical rider.
If you are working on a stage set that may have implications to sightlines within the auditoria, we would ask that you liaise with the team as early as possible to ensure that your plans are compatible.
Technicians and Crew
A Duty Stage Manager will be your main point of contact on your Concert day for Stage and Technical issues. The Stage Crew are responsible only for the arrangement of the stage, not for the loading and unloading of instruments, so please let your Production Planner know if you want to pay for extra staff, loaders or services.
Technical Packages and Technical Specification
We have devised technical packages that are suited to the majority of shows visiting our venues. The below documents gives an overview of our house equipment and the packages that we offer across our core entertainments spaces.
If you have any further requirements, our production team can advise on any associated costs.
Our technical plans for the Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall can be found below. If your event is in the Waterfront Studio, contact our production team if you have any questions about your production.
