My dog ate my tickets, what can I do?
These things happen, please contact the Box Office team on +442890 334455 in advance of your performance. Duplicate tickets can be arranged for collection on the evening of the performance only, you must bring photo ID and the card used to make the booking along with you. Please note if you have purchased your tickets via a secondary agent, eg Ticketmaster, you will need to contact the agent directly to ascertain their own policy on duplicate tickets.
