Booking options

There are several ways to book tickets for our events:

Book by telephone

You can book tickets for any of our events by calling us on 028 9033 4455.

The booking line is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.

Book online

To book tickets online, visit our 'what's on' section, click on your chosen event (this will take you to the event information page) and then click on the 'book tickets' link beside the event image.

There is a fee of £1.50 per transaction for online sales.

Book in person

Our box office is open from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.

It is also open to 9pm during evening shows and on Sundays and bank holidays when a performance is scheduled.

Book by post

We also accept cheque payments posted to the following address:

You should include the name of the performance and the date and show time, together with the seating area, ticket price and number of tickets you want to book.

You should also include details of any special requirements you have, for example, an aisle seat.

Make sure your name, address and cheque guarantee card number are clearly written on the back of your cheque and make it payable to Belfast City Council.

The cheque amount should cover your booking and should also include an additional 50p for postage and packaging costs.

Booking advice

Belfast Waterfront and Ulster Hall highly recommend that you only buy tickets through recognised Belfast Waterfront and Ulster Hall ticketing agents.

If you buy tickets through secondary ticketing agents or websites, you do so at your own risk.

Issues arising from these transactions cannot be dealt with by the Belfast Waterfront and Ulster Hall box offices.
