Fees and charges
The following fees are in addition to the advertised ticket price.
Telephone bookings (Waterfront Box Office)
There is a charge of £1 per ticket for credit and debit card bookings made via telephone.
However, tickets may be reserved and paid for by cash (at our box office counter only) or cheque within three working days, without a handling charge.
Online and telephone bookings (Ticketmaster)
If you pay by credit or debit card, a service charge of £1.75 per ticket (for tickets priced £10 or less), £2.25 per ticket (for tickets priced between £10.01 and £20) and 12.5 per cent per ticket (for tickets priced £20.01 or more) will apply to your booking.
The network of Ticketmaster sales outlets also charge booking fees.
You should check with the individual outlet when booking for more information about these fees.

Waterfront Box Office counter bookings
There is no handling charge for credit or debit card sales made at Waterfront Box Office.
Postal bookings
You should make cheques payable to Belfast City Council and include an additional 50p to cover postage and packaging costs.
Cross your cheque 'account payee' and make sure your name, address and cheque guarantee card number are clearly written on the back.
Please do not send cash by post.
