The Significance of Everyday Objects
By Barry Williamson
07 September 2012 -
28 September 2012
Preview: Thursday 6 September, 7 - 9pm.
“In our busy lives it is easy to take for granted the everyday objects with which we come into contact and to fail to notice their beauty and significance. We can miss the allure of a jumble of old books, discarded now, but still containing the wisdom of ages within their tattered covers, or the resonance
in an old violin still vibrant with echoes of tunes played long ago and still loved.
“Here is an opportunity to stop and reflect on the beauty of the natural world in which we live our lives.” (Barry Williamson)
Please note that as the Waterfront exhibition space is in a working building
there may be times when the gallery is closed to the public. If you are visiting us specifically to view the art work we would recommend that
you call in advance to check opening hours. Tel: 028 9033 4400.
