Our pre-theatre menu is served until 8pm on performance nights, subject to demand.

It is priced at £16.95 for two courses and £19.95 for three courses.

Starters

  • Polenta-crusted lemon sole goujons with citrus basil aioli
  • Homemade soup of the day accompanied with rustic bread (V)
  • Leek and goat’s cheese filo tart with roasted vine tomatoes (V)
  • Baby Caesar salad with procuitto crisp
  • Rare roasted venison loin with baby beetroot and port dressing.

Main courses

  • Rolled belly of pork on crushed root vegetables with apple and prune compote
  • Pan-seared breast of Silverhill duck with pak choi and light Asian broth
  • Risotto of butternut squash with baby spinach and Pandano cheese (V)
  • Medley of seafoods in saffron cream with baby leeks
  • Cornfed chicken supreme with asparagus spears, roasted sweet potato and smoked paprika crème fraiche
  • Grilled rib-eye steak with pont neuf potatoes, baby tomatoes and red wine jus (£2 supplement).

All served with chef’s selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes.
