Belfast Waterfront does not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access our website, except where you voluntarily choose to give us personal details by means of email or an online form, for example, if you are enquiring about any of our services or if you are booking tickets for events.

When you book tickets, personal information will be held on our system and used for operational purposes such as the processing of bookings and orders in connection with our online ticketing facility and for postal and emailing list subscriptions, if you have agreed to this when registering.

What do we do with your personal information?
Belfast Waterfront uses your personal information to sell you the tickets you request and to keep you informed about events, news and offers which we think will be of interest to you.
When purchasing tickets, you are given the opportunity to opt in to receiving news and information from Belfast Waterfront and event organisers by post and email.
We will only pass on your personal information to event organisers if the relevant box has been ticked. In these instances, we supply your personal information for one-off use by the event organiser.
We may also use the information to process any transactions you undertake with us and for internal administration and analysis, which may be carried out by a third party. Any such party will not share your personal information with any other party.
