The following menus are perfect for meetings and informal gatherings.

Working lunch platters

These platters are suitable for a maximum of 50 people and include complimentary tea and coffee.

Each platter is enough for ten people.

Choose from:

  • sandwich platter with a selection of sandwiches, salad garnish and crisps
  • fruit platter with a selection of fresh seasonal fruit
  • cheese platter with a selection of continental and Irish cheeses, fruit and oatcakes
  • buffet platter with chicken drumsticks, quiche bites, mini pork pies, sausage rolls and farmhouse pickle.

Plated working lunches

These platters are suitable for a maximum of 100 people.

Choose from:

  • peppered beef with mixed leaf salad and honey and mustard dressing
  • chicken Caesar salad with Kos lettuce, Parmesan cheese, croutons, red onions and baby tomatoes
  • Coronation chicken with curry mayo dressing and tossed salad
  • Greek salad with feta cheese, mixed leaf salad, olives, tomato, cucumber and crusty bread
  • prawn Marie Rose with Portavogie prawns, mixed leaves, Marie Rose sauce and wheaten bread
  • Ploughman’s salad with cheddar cheese, baby onions, sweet pickle, baby tomatoes and crusty bread.

Packed lunches

Packed lunches are available for any number of delegates.

Choose from:

  • ham salad sandwich, packet of crisps, apple, muffin and a carton of juice
  • beef, red onion and chilli sauce wrap, packet of Mini Cheddars, fruit slice and a carton of juice
  • chicken Caesar salad bowl, packet of salted nuts, yoghurt, carrot cake and a carton of juice
  • bacon, lettuce and tomato baguette, packet of crisps, carrot cake, banana and a carton of juice.
