Lunch menu

Our lunch menu is for a minimum of 20 people.

It is served with a warm potato option, homemade crusty bread and tea or coffee.

Items marked (H) are healthy options suitable for a gluten-free, low-fat or dairy-free diet.

Items marked (V) are suitable for vegetarians.

Main course

Choose from:

  • Coronation chicken with apple and sultana dressing
  • peppered sirloin of beef with horseradish salad
  • turkey breast with baked ham and cranberry relish
  • salmon, new potato and cucumber salad in crème fraiche (H)
  • prawn and pineapple in Cajun mayonnaise roast.

Main course (vegetarian)

Choose from:

  • platter of vegetarian quiche
  • spinach and ricotta tarts
  • goat’s cheese tart.

Warm potato selection

Choose from:

  • warm new potatoes with herb butter
  • mini baked potatoes
  • new potatoes and butter.

Salad selection

Choose from:

  • tossed salad with croutons (H)
  • Kos salad with Caesar dressing and pine nuts
  • baby leaves with shaved Parmesan and basil oil (H)
  • simply classic coleslaw
  • new potato salad with sour cream and chives (H)
  • cucumber and mint with Greek yoghurt (H)
  • roast vegetable couscous
  • chickpea, cherry tomato and parsley salad (H)
  • cracked wheat tabouleh (H).

Dessert

Choose from:

  • apple tart with bowls of whipped cream
  • assorted cheesecake
  • bowls of profiteroles with warm chocolate sauce
  • selection of seasonal fresh fruits (H)
  • platter of cheddar cheese, pickle, grapes and oatcakes.
