We offer a set banqueting menu for delegates.

  • loin of Finnebrogue venison, herb salad, redcurrants and port syrup
  • choice of:
    1. Paupiette of lemon sole

  • medley of fruit sorbet with berry coulis
  • choice of:
    1. Mustard crusted fillet of local beef
      Shallot, pancetta and red wine jus
  • selection of locally grown seasonal vegetables
  • assiette of handmade and individually finished desserts
  • select Northern Irish cheeses with oatcakes, rustic breads and seasonal fruits
  • Bushmills whiskey truffles
  • tea or coffee.
